Refund policy

Sobaluma provides a photo-editing service. There are no physical goods to return. Consumers normally have 14 days from concluding the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. At checkout, you expressly request work to start during that period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once the service is fully performed.

If you withdraw before completion after requesting immediate performance, a proportionate amount for work actually performed may be payable where the law allows. If no work has started, the paid amount is refundable. Once the service has been fully performed with the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right no longer applies. Statutory remedies for work that does not conform to the agreement remain available.

To withdraw, open your customer account using the checkout email, select the order and submit the available cancellation request, or send a clear withdrawal statement to hello@sobaluma.com or Ivica Bonifacic, Vinogradska 23, 51500 Krk, Croatia. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. If the account action is unavailable, use email or post. Receipt is acknowledged by email; acknowledgement does not itself decide the refund amount.

Where a withdrawal refund is due, it is issued without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, with no refund fee. If a paid part of the service cannot be performed, we arrange an alternative or refund for that part. Professional business purchases do not automatically carry the statutory consumer withdrawal right.

For a service issue, send the order number, filenames and a description to the email above. Applicable statutory remedies may include correction, a price reduction or termination, subject to their legal conditions. We do not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee.
