Terms of service

These terms apply to Sobaluma, the property-photo editing service provided by Edi Pavlesic, Galija 30, 51500 Krk, Croatia. Contact: hello@sobaluma.com, +385 98 178 3786.

Service and delivery

The €29 package includes enhancement of up to 20 selected source photographs of one property and advice on the cover photo and gallery order. Additional source photographs cost €2 each. Digital tidying costs €5 per finished photograph; a Combined room view costs €5 per combined photograph made from two source images. Tidying a combined image is a separate €5 addition. The selected quantities and total payable are shown before payment. This is a one-time editing service, with no subscription or physical delivery.

Processing starts after payment and receipt of accessible photographs and sufficiently clear editing instructions. Delivery is within 24 hours of those requirements being met, by a download link emailed to the address entered at checkout. Files are supplied as JPGs ready for a listing. A problem with the source material or missing instructions may prevent work from starting; we will contact you if this occurs. Work outside the purchased selection requires a separate agreement.

Supply files or an accessible download or listing link, and identify the photographs and requested changes for Digital tidying or Combined room views. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide and edit the material. Do not submit unnecessary personal information or access credentials.

Performance and order requests

At checkout, consumers expressly request performance during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends after the service has been fully performed. Processing does not wait 14 days. Withdrawal before completion and any amount due for work already performed are covered by the cancellation and refund policy. You can manage or request cancellation of an order through your customer account, or contact us by email.

There is no additional satisfaction guarantee or unlimited revision package. If delivered work does not conform to the agreed service, applicable statutory remedies remain available. Send the order number, affected filenames and a description of the issue. Written complaints are handled as explained in contact and complaints.

Images and applicable terms

We use image-editing tools, including AI-assisted tools. Enhancement preserves the property and furnishings; Digital tidying removes agreed temporary clutter; combined views use suitable images of the same room. Small details may be reconstructed. We do not guarantee measured architectural accuracy or any sale, letting, ranking or financial outcome. Check the finished images before publishing an accurate listing.

You retain your rights in the source material. We process it as needed to perform and support the order; portfolio or advertising use requires separate permission. See the privacy policy for data use and retention, and download your own copies of the delivered files.

The terms supplied when ordering apply to that order. Croatian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence or access to competent courts. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory rights.
